Late of Warwick and formerly of Toogoolawah, passed away at the Toowoomba Hospital on 31st March 2018, aged 46 years.
Loved Brother of Warren Freshwater and Brother-in-law of Natasha Freshwater. Loved Uncle of Ethan and Ben Freshwater.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Tony's funeral, to be held at St Mark's Anglican Church, Grafton Street, Warwick. Service commencing at 10.30am Tuesday 10th April 2018.
